Treasure Coast Hospice in Fort Pierce, FL seeks an On Call / Triage Registered Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care and triage to patients and families. The RN will perform assessments, plan care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with hospice policies and the Florida Nurse Practice Act.
The role requires an active Florida RN license, CHPN within 12 months, and a valid driver’s license, with 2+ years RN experience in acute care or similar settings.
