Sage Group Health Care  Staffing is seeking Hospice RN for a travel /contract position in Lansing, MI. Accepting both local and traveler candidates.

Range $1800 to $2120 weekly Gross pay (Non-taxable travel/housing and M&I stipend available for qualified/eligible travelers)

Mileage: $0.40/mile

Hours;
Days, 8a - 4.30p

Schedule: 40 hours / week guaranteed, 5 shifts per week (M-F), No weekend, Some on-call may be required

Position Requirements:

• Registered Nurse experience:2 years - Required
• Hospice nursing in a home health setting: 2 years - Required
• Home Care Home Base (HCHB) Charting experience:
  Recent/Current 1 year – Preferred
• Pain pumps experience:
  Recent/Current 1 year – Preferred
• Prior Travel Nursing experience –Preferred

Education, License and Certification Requirements:

• ASN Degree or Diploma in Nursing - Required
• BSN Degree in Nursing - Preferred
• RN License for State of Michigan – Required
• AHA BLSCertification - Required

Job Description:

• Provide all aspects of Hospice nursing for assigned patient case load in comfort of their home.
• Complete 20-25 home visits per week
• Complete point of care documentation using tablet provided
• Perform other duties within scope of skillset/practice as assigned
• Coverage - 1 hour radius from Lansing MI
