Nuvance Health Med Practice PC is seeking a per diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support the Ob/Gyn department at Rhinebeck and Kingston, NY locations when needed. Shifts are Monday-Friday, 8-hour blocks, with 8:30am-5:00pm coverage.
Responsibilities include preparing patients and exam rooms, taking history, providing direct patient care under supervision, administering meds and vaccines, and coordinating follow-up with clinicians. Some travel between sites may be required.
