• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or other licensed healthcare professionals
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and injections as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Monitor and report patient vital signs and condition changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and reports
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
