The Lakes Home Care, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, serving pediatric and/or adult clients.

Requirements include an active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state, current TB or chest X-ray, and a current BLS card; one year of nursing experience is preferred.
