THRIVE is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to support an Opioid Treatment Program. The LPN will safely prepare, dispense, and document medications, perform inventory, and ensure regulatory compliance in daily operations.
The role requires NY LPN licensure and preferred experience in chemical dependency or mental health. Work hours are Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays; on-site at THRIVE facilities.
