Vaccine Coordinator; LPN Community Immunization Leader

Upstate Family Health Care Inc. is seeking a Vaccine Coordinator, a licensed LPN responsible for overseeing all vaccine-related activities at the health center, including VFC and private vaccine programs.

The role ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and maintains vaccine integrity. You will educate staff, maintain cold chain protocols, document administrations in eCW/EPIC, and collaborate with outreach to improve immunization access for underserved populations.
