Location: City of Utica
Upstate Family Health Center, Inc. in Utica, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join a team-based care model. The LPN will support clinicians, prepare rooms, collect specimens, and assist with vaccines, while documenting histories and ensuring HIPAA compliance.
Minimum NYS LPN licensure with 1–3 years in a clinical or community health setting is expected; BLS is preferred. The clinic operates 8:00am–6:00pm with a 4-day, 10-hour shift schedule.
