Outpatient Vascular NP​/PA - x, No Nights

Community Care Physicians is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Vascular Health Partners in New York’s Capital Region. You will work with four board-certified vascular surgeons and a team of APPs in an outpatient setting with travel to satellite offices to provide vascular care.

You will evaluate and manage arterial and venous disease, perform vascular assessments, and coordinate with primary care and specialists.
