Arnot Ogden Medical Center in Elmira, NY is seeking a Registered Nurse Diabetes Nurse Educator to deliver professional nursing, education, and diabetes care management for patients across the lifespan. The role involves outpatient clinic duties, case finding, health teaching, and coordinated care within a patient-centered team.
The successful candidate will be a graduate of an approved RN program with a NYS license and must obtain CDE certification within two years.
