NP​/PA – Primary Care

Columbia Memorial Hospital is located in the upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30 minutes south of Albany, NY. It is a 192-bed facility with 40 outpatient Care Centers whose philosophy is “Patients First,” emphasizing safety and quality in patient care. Summary/Objective:
We are looking for an experienced full-time NP/PA to work in our Coxsackie office. The position is for an outpatient practitioner. The applicant would be part of a hospital-owned primary care group practice. You will have the support of a strong administrative team. Our goal is to help you shape it to your practice style.

Compensation will range between $110,000 – $155,000 based on experience. Additional compensation will be paid through a productivity-based incentive program.
