- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Registered Nurse. Currently licensed in the State of New York as an R.N. Knowledge of MDS, IV
- Certification and Supervisory skills preferred.
- Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Five years supervisory experience in Long Term Care.
Our SNF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at our skilled nursing facility. RN play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, overseeing nursing staff, and ensuring that our residents’ medical and personal needs are met in a supportive and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities of Registered Nurse Supervisor:- Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor and document residents' health status, vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
- Supervise and support a team of LPNs and CNAs to deliver optimal care.
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate resident care.
- Educate residents and their families on health management, conditions, and treatments.
