Patient Care Director - RN - Pediatric Perioperative Services

• Oversee daily clinical operations of pre-op, intra-op, and post-op teams.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality and compassionate patient care.
• Engage, mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team.
• Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Regularly assess unit operations and identify process improvements.
• Excel as a change agent, advancing quality and performance initiatives.
• Partner with senior leaders to support continuous growth.
• Lead initiatives focused on enhancing surgical procedures.

• Master's Degree in Nursing or related field if already holds a BSN degree; if pursuing a Master's Degree, must obtain within 1 year of hire.

• 3 years clinical experience required.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Previous acute care experience in Perioperative Services preferred.

• Current NYS RN licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• BCLS and ACLS from the American Heart Association required.
