Wound Care-Nurse Practitioner

Rome, New York | Full-Time

Healogics is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its hospital-based wound care clinic in Rome, New York. This outpatient role offers hands‑on procedures, an established support team, and a predictable Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on‑call coverage. Wound care experience is preferred but not required; training is provided.

• Evaluate and treat adult and geriatric patients with acute and chronic wounds.
• Develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed.
• Perform procedures such as debridement, incision and drainage, and suturing as appropriate.
• Collaborate with the clinical team and educate patients on their care.

• 40 hours per week; daytime appointments only, with no walk‑ins
• Paid onboarding, wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy training, and ongoing mentorship
• Established clinical and office support

• Active, unrestricted NP license and current DEA license
• Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong assessment and clinical decision‑making skills
