We're on the lookout for a LPN Supervisor
to join our team! You'll be part of a collaborative, compassionate crew that's redefining what care looks like in senior living.
This is a full-time position every Sunday-Thursday 3-11:30pm.

What You'll Do:

• Provide triage for incidents and changes of condition reporting to Providers and Responsible
• Oversee medication management and coordinate care with vendors
• Support the Health & Wellness Director in supervising and educating staff
• Be a go-to health resource for residents, families, and team members
• Assisting staff and being present on the floor.

What You'll Bring:

• 2+ years of assisted living or skilled nursing experience
• Knowledge of geriatrics, dementia care, and state regulations
