What You’ll Do:

* Promote resident hygiene, safety, and comfort
* Assist with meals, distribute food/water, and feed residents
* Provide repositioning, transferring, ambulating, and transporting support
* Take and record vital signs, weight, intake, and output
* Document on flow sheets and communicate observations to nurses
* Assist with admissions, discharges, and postmortem care
* Perform perineal and uncomplicated colostomy care
* Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs
* Maintain clean and orderly resident rooms and prepare for housekeeping after discharge
