Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate, experienced Pediatric LPN to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Bronx, NY

• $40.00 per hour

• Active New York Registered Nurse LPNlicense
• Current BLS Certification
• Ventilator and tracheostomy experience required
• Minimum of one year of recent pediatric nursing experience in home care, hospital, or acute care preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON (within one year), or chest X‑ray if applicable
• Proof of MMR immunity (laboratory report)
