Schedule:
3 shifts per weekEvening Shift: 2 shifts, 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM
Day Shift: 1 shift, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM
Valid New York State LPN license
Long-term care experience preferred
Ability to provide safe, compassionate care to residents
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Flexibility to work the assigned day and evening schedule
