St. Peters Health Partners in Troy, NY, seeks a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join Eddy Heritage House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, serving 80 long-term residents with geriatric-focused care.
You will work Monday–Friday, five 8-hour shifts, with a manageable caseload of 12-14 residents per shift, including routine and sick visits. On-call is minimal, with one week every 6–8 weeks, and a strong interdisciplinary on-site team supports your practice.
