LPN - Daytime Senior Care Supervisor; Mon–Fri

Longview is seeking an LPN to supervise resident care under the direction of an RN or physician. The role oversees medication administration, rounds, and documentation in an Assisted Living setting, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality care.

The LPN will mentor Medication Aides and Resident Aides, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, and participate in care planning and quality initiatives. Excellent communication and compassion are essential.
