Hospice & Palliative Care Inc. is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide compassionate home care Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with every other weekend rotation in the Utica, NY area.
You will care for terminally ill patients in their homes, one patient at a time, and collaborate with the hospice team to support families. Responsibilities include administering prescribed medications, monitoring patient comfort, and offering emotional support to patients and loved ones.
