Schedule: Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem
Pay: $38 - $40 + Shift Differentials
Sign-On Bonus Available!

- Provide high-quality, individualized care to our residents, including administering medications, performing wound care, and providing assistance with daily living activities
- Assess the physical and emotional needs of our residents and develop and implement personalized care plans to meet those needs
- Monitor our residents' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care that addresses their unique needs and preferences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our residents' care, including progress notes, medication lists, and discharge plans
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What We’re Looking For
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
