Compensation: $130,000 to $155,000 base salary plus RVU bonus plan
A skilled nursing facility with 120 certified beds is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its clinical team. The facility prioritizes quality care and customer service, with a strong focus on treating residents in place whenever possible to reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
What you'll do- Assure delivery of quality care services to all patients in a respectful and professional manner
- Perform therapeutic procedures including administering injections and immunizations
- Perform suturing and manage wounds and infections
- Instruct and counsel patients by describing therapeutic regimens and providing normal growth and development information
- NY nursing license
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credential
- Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience preferred but not required
- Salary of $130,000 to $155,000
- RVU bonus plan
- Full benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision
- HSA/FSA
- 4 weeks PTO
- $1500 CME allowance and 1 week for CME
- Malpractice coverage
- 401(k)
