Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an entry level Home Therapies RN CAP 1 in Troy, NY to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for a group of home dialysis patients, following protocols and communicating with physicians as needed.
You will train patients and families, document outcomes, participate in quality improvement, and rotate on-call duties as part of the End Stage Kidney Disease care team.
