RN Registered Nurse Assistant Director of Nursing, -Down Unit

• Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Requirements:

• Active NY RN license

• Primary source verification of RN license and registration through the New York State Education Department

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited nursing program

• BLS certification

• At least 7 years of nursing experience, including 5 years in a supervisory role

• Strong leadership, staff performance management, and patient care oversight skills

• Experience with corrective action processes and medication-error documentation
