• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, part-time, every other weekend

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM, full-time opening, every other weekend

• Active NY LPN license

• Long-term care nursing experience preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills.

• Effective communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work a rotating schedule and every other weekend.
