The Registered Nurse utilizes nursing theory, clinical expertise, technical skills, and effective communication to provide high‑quality, compassionate care to patients and their families.

The RN assesses patient needs, develops and implements individualized plans of care, provides direct patient care, evaluates patient outcomes, and collaborates with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team throughout the patient's hospitalization.
