RN Supervisor — Evening Shift

Position: Full time
Schedule: Evening shift
Pay: $52–$54 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide leadership and clinical support during the evening shift. In this role, you will help guide nursing staff, coordinate resident care, and support a safe, respectful environment for residents and their families.

• Supervise and support nursing staff throughout the evening shift.
• Coordinate resident care and respond to clinical needs and changes in condition.
• Provide guidance to staff and promote consistent, person-centered care.
• Communicate with residents, families, providers, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Support timely and accurate clinical documentation.
• Help ensure care plans, safety procedures, and applicable requirements are followed.
• Address concerns and elevate clinical issues as appropriate.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Extensive long-term care experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and clinical judgment.
• Ability to support staff and manage shift responsibilities in a fast-paced care setting.
