Position: Per diem
Pay: $33.54 per hour
Sign-on bonus: $3,500
Union position
We are seeking a reliable, compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide resident care on a per diem basis. The LPN will work with the care team to help maintain residents’ health, safety, comfort, and dignity.
Responsibilities- Provide nursing care according to residents’ care plans and established procedures.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes or concerns to the appropriate clinical staff.
- Administer medications and treatments as authorized and within the scope of practice.
- Complete accurate documentation of care and observations.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and privacy requirements.
- Current LPN license.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Dependable and adaptable, with a resident-centered approach.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
Contribute your nursing expertise in a per diem role supporting residents and the care team.
