Job Summary:
Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on a weekend schedule. As a CNA Weekend Baylor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and support. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and hygiene assistance
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

Requirements:
Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Minimum 0 years of experience (recent graduates welcome to apply)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold resident rights
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
