We are looking for caring, dependable CNAs who are passionate about resident care and want to be part of a supportive healthcare team.

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene.

• Help residents with meals, feeding, mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed.

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team.

• Obtain and record vital signs and other required observations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.

• Follow infection control procedures and maintain a safe, clean environment.

• Promote residents' dignity, privacy, independence, and emotional well-being.

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary care team.

• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies and procedures.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in New York State.

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Dependability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented healthcare environment.

• Willingness to work weekends as required.

Pay Range: $18.50–$22.00 per hour
, based on qualifications and years of experience.

• Weekday evening and night shift differential: Additional $1.50 per hour for eligible B and C shifts.

• Weekend differential: Additional 10% per hour for all weekend shifts.

• Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week.

• Part-Time: 22.5 hours per week.

• Weekend Availability: Required.

• Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
