Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered care for Oncology/Hematology patients across multiple locations throughout the Hudson Valley. Oncology/Hematology experience is preferred but not required .
Key Responsibilities Manage health problems and coordinate care for Oncology/Hematology patients Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team Prepare patients for procedures and manage postoperative clinical care Monitor patient status and support positive patient outcomes Maintain accurate clinical documentation Travel between multiple locations as needed Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program Current APRN or PA license Oncology/Hematology experience is helpful but not required Strong computer skills EMR experience is a plus Reliable transportation required to travel between locations Highlights Up to $165,000/year Monday–Friday 5 × 8.5-hour shifts No required Oncology/Hematology experience Health insurance starting Day 1 Dental, Vision & Life Insurance Short- and Long-Term Disability 401(k) Plan Generous PTO 8 paid holidays , including 2 floating holidays About Honor Vet Technologies Honor Vet Technologies:
