• As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a crucial role in providing nursing care to patients and their families. You will coordinate with other members of the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and actively involve patients in their care planning.

• Patient Care:
  Provide nursing care to patients via direct and/or telephone contact, following established standards and practices
• Team Coordination:
  Work with other care team members to ensure maximal coordination of efforts and active patient participation in planning and care
• Clinical Assistance:
  Assist physicians or other providers with clinical procedures and participate in patient teaching
• Leadership:
  Provide direction to clerical assistants, medical assistants, and other non-licensed personnel
