Premier Health Care (PHC), a member of the YAI Network, seeks a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to perform psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management. Responsibilities include diagnosis, treatment planning, monitoring efficacy and coordinating care with the primary physician and care team.
Minimum qualifications include an NP with psychiatric specialization, NY licensure, DEA, BLS, and 3,600+ clinical hours. Schedule is Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00, with compensation in the $170k–$195k range.
