Every Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM - 32 hours guaranteed, paid for 40 hours

Vestal Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA to join our team on a weekend schedule. As a CNA Weekend Baylor, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, individualized care to our residents, promoting their dignity, comfort, and support. Our Roots Are Loving Care is more than just a slogan - it's the foundation of our mission to achieve excellence in the care and well-being of each individual we serve.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, wound care, and hygiene assistance
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the licensed nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and observations
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff
- Weekend shift:
