Community Care Physicians (CCP) is seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join Community Care Urology, an outpatient practice in the Capital Region of New York. You will work with five board-certified urologists and a collaborative APP team in a patient-centered environment.
The role offers a flexible four-day work week, a broad spectrum of urologic conditions, and opportunities to develop procedural skills through in-office treatments and telehealth.
