LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and support under the supervision of our skilled nursing staff
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform various nursing procedures
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
- Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- $5000 sign on bonus for new hires
