Physical Rehabilitation Veterinary Technician
Would you like to be a part of the fastest growing specialty in veterinary medicine? Gold Coast Center for Veterinary Care is a state-of-the-art referral hospital currently seeking a NY State Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Physical Rehabilitation team.

Each of our team members take pride in their work, enjoys their job and working together. We are looking for that special individual to contribute their best to enhance the lives of injured or physically impaired animals. Gold Coast is proud to offer a variety of rehabilitation services and modalities to our patients including: in-patient/out-patient rehab, home exercise programs, weight loss management, client education, numerous assistive devices, therapeutic laser, electric stimulation, therapeutic massage, therapeutic exercises, therapeutic ultrasound, underwater treadmill therapy and a wide range of exercise equipment.

No rehabilitation experience necessary.
All training provided!

We look forward to hearing from you! Veterinary Technician License/License eligible required for this position.

Here is What Your day May Consist of:

• Performing rehabilitation assessments on patients
• Performing all rehabilitation treatments
• Goal setting and rehabilitation timelines for patients
• Writing and Maintaining all patient records
• Provide care to hospitalized rehabilitation patients
• Manage invoicing of patients
• Client communication and education
• Admitting and discharging rehabilitation patients

Here is What You Will Bring to the Position:

• Experience in a veterinary setting
• Completion of an AVMA accredited Veterinary Technology program
• Currently holds a Veterinary Technician License (LVT)
