Your Impact as a Receptionist- Direct client interactions: manage a multi‑line phone system, greet clients positively, and reflect our compassion at every touchpoint.
- Care coordination: maintain accurate medical records, schedule appointments, and handle financial transactions to keep the hospital running smoothly.
- Pet wellness advocacy: educate clients on preventive care and other services to ensure every pet receives excellent care.
- Provide a calming presence: demonstrate empathy, respect, and compassion for clients and pets alike.
- Passion for outstanding customer service and a genuine love for animals.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stressful situations with good judgment.
- Strong organizational skills: prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative, team‑first mindset and the ability to work independently and with direction.
- Preferred experience with veterinary software. Flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays, is required.
