We’re looking for extraordinary veterinary technicians to join our team. Our approach elevates the role of veterinary technicians in GP and urgent-care environments by bringing it to the modern day. You’ll use your medical knowledge and clinical skills to provide routine and urgent care, participate in surgery and dental procedures, run your own appointments with assistants, and educate pet parents. We support your growth with training, CE events, and mentorship.

This is a full-time position (30-40 hrs/week) with a rotating schedule of 10-hour shifts.

• Focus on patient care — with support from veterinary assistants and a remote nurse team, concentrate on the patients in front of you.
  
  Responsibilities include:
• Patient handling and husbandry
• Client education
• Surgical and dental nursing and anesthesia management
• Detailed record keeping
• Diagnostic management
• Medication administration
• Emergency triage and response

• Collaborate with veterinarians and nurses from across the field to push the boundaries of veterinary medicine and provide top-quality patient care, supporting communities in your region.
• Attend monthly educational events and activities to grow knowledge and develop your career, with support from our medical leadership.
• Access on-staff specialists to help navigate new cases and areas of medicine.

• Use innovative technologies and new medical equipment to pilot clinic tools and embrace AI-assisted technologies that enable you to focus on care delivery.

• Competitive pay: $19-$33/hour based on experience, with a sign-on bonus for licensed individuals

• 1+ years of experience as a veterinary technician (newly licensed technicians are encouraged to apply)
• Certification or licensure as a veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, LVT, LVMT)
