Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible to provide on-site pool cleaning and pool maintenance services to each and every customer they are assigned. This includes following our proven pool cleaning methods, handling pool chemicals in a controlled and safe manner, following all established protocols and sharing lessons learned with the rest of our team.

• Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week.
• Manage a stocking of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week.
• Utilize a smart phone for our Pool Ops mobile platform.
• Spot equipment repair needs and communicate those needs to the office.

• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• No felony convictions (must pass a criminal background check).
• The ability to lift up to 100lbs.
• High school degree.

The work week will consist of 30-50 hours with some weekend work.

• This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
• Depending on how many pools you have done during a pay period will have an additional bonus.

• A company truck will be provided which you keep fully stocked with tools and chemicals.
• Paid vacation will be received following a qualifying period.

• Based on experience and knowledge, pay will range from $11-15 an hour.
• Compensation: $11.00 - $18.00 per hour.
