Details
  • 25-35 hours per week
  • Shifts from 10:00 pm – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday + one weekend per month
  • On‑call availability required one week per month
  • Service area based on company needs (average travel time ≤ 30 minutes)
  • Both admin and field time are paid
  • Driver required: own vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and willingness to drive between client homes as scheduled
  • Must be able to handle large dogs that pull on leash
  • Commitment for at least 8 months
Qualifications
  • Own your own vehicle, have a valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience
  • Prior experience working with dogs
  • Coachable and able to coach others
  • Smartphone with unlimited data (must be able to use our apps)
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Comfortable with open and direct communication
Responsibilities
  • Provide in‑home pet care services as requested by clients
  • Walk dogs and manage their safety in outdoor environments
  • Maintain client communication and report any incidents
  • Ensure pets return home in safe, clean condition
  • Adhere to company policies and standard operating procedures
