As a W2 employee, your salary is guaranteed for both full- and part-time roles. FT starts at 34 hours/week, PT at 25 hours/week. Compensation is hourly, ranging from $70.00 to $78.00, with opportunities for additional earnings through extra shifts, potentially adding $10.00–$20.00 per hour. Your total earning potential is flexible and on your terms.
