Your team includes 4 highly skilled LVTs, 2 LVTs-in-training, dedicated assistants, and an incredible client care team.

• State-of-the-Art Facility: Our recently renovated hospital boasts 6 exam rooms, a spacious treatment area, digital radiography, ultrasound, a full in-house IDEXX lab, and modern orthopedic drill/plate kits.
• Advanced Clinical Growth: We actively invest in your professional evolution. We currently perform plate-and-screw fracture repairs and are expanding to offer TPLOs by the end of 2026. If you have a passion for cardiology, endoscopy, or another niche, we will gladly fund the equipment and education to help you build it.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, skilled DVM who is comfortable practicing independently, handles a mix of wellness and urgent care appointments, and has at least 3 years of clinical experience.

We envision a predictable, high-yield 3-day work week (approximately 32 hours total):

• Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

The Ultimate Perk: Work hard for 3 days, then enjoy 4 consecutive days off every single week. No on-call, no overnight emergencies.

• High Earning Potential: $130,000 - $160,000 base salary (depending on experience) paired with a lucrative 20% production pay structure. Our high demand and efficient staff utilization mean your earning potential is exceptionally high.
