Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician

Top Notch Landscape and Irrigation, serving the Space Coast, is seeking an experienced Lawn & Ornamental Spray Technician to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a knowledgeable professional who can independently manage a route, diagnose turf and ornamental issues, and ensure safe, effective application of fertilizers and pesticides.

• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, insecticides, and fungicides to turf and ornamental plants according to established protocols and safety standards
• Diagnose and address lawn and plant health issues, including weeds, pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies
• Maintain accurate records of all applications and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Calibrate, operate, and maintain spray equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Communicate recommendations and findings clearly to management and clients
• Identify and suggest additional treatments or improvements as needed
• Manage a full route independently and complete jobs efficiently

• 2-4+ years of proven experience in lawn and ornamental spraying
• Strong knowledge of turf and ornamental pest control, fertilizer programs, and chemical safety
• Ability to accurately diagnose plant health issues in the field
• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Work references required
• Preferred:
  Florida L&O license (or ability to obtain)
• Preferred:
  Experience with commercial and high-end residential properties

$23.00 - $30.00 per hour
, based on experience. Overtime available as needed. Steady, year-round work.
