Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, watering, weeding, and harvesting crops
Help set up and maintain irrigation systems under supervision
Operate basic farm tools and machinery as directed
Monitor crop health and report signs of pests or disease
Perform general farm maintenance duties such as cleaning, equipment upkeep, and organizing supplies
Follow all safety procedures and work in accordance with farm protocols
Work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed

Skills &

Qualifications:

No prior experience required—training provided on the job
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to take direction and work independently or as part of a team
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods
Interest in farming, agriculture, or working outdoors
Basic understanding of tools and machinery is a plus
Punctual, dependable, and respectful of farm rules and procedures

Qualifications and

Experience:

a high school diploma, and hands-on farming experience

Language Ability:

Ability to communicate well in English.

Math Ability:

Ability to calculate figures and amounts

Physical Demands:

Prolonged standing, heavy lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, operating machinery, working outdoors in varying weather conditions, and often performing repetitive tasks,
