We are now hiring full-time horticulturalists for our Garden Center for the 2025 season. Working at the Garden Center offers many opportunities, especially for people who enjoy interacting with others while learning and sharing their love of plants.

The ideal candidate will be friendly with a positive and willing attitude, have a great work ethic and a broad knowledge of plants of the Northeast. Horticulture experience is required, with either a degree or coursework in Horticulture or a related field, or equivalent hands-on working experience. The ability to work one weekend day throughout the entire season is a requirement.

Qualified applicants should enjoy being outdoors in all types of weather, be able to lift up to 40 lbs, and work well with others. Experience operating equipment such as skid steer loaders is a plus, but training is available. A valid NYS driver's license with no major infractions is necessary.

This is a full-time, hourly, seasonal position. We offer many benefits including readily available over-time, health insurance and paid holidays after 90 days, and continuing education. We are a diverse group and offer a friendly and fulfilling work environment.
