Grounds Assistant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated grounds assistant to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY.

* Grounds assistant position details:
* This is a Full Time (40 hours/week) position. The scheduled days are Monday - Friday, day shift. The position does require an “on call” status during inclement weather, with the opportunity for an overtime bonus.
* Grounds assistant job duties include:
** Snow removal of entire grounds including parking lots and walkways.
* Lawn mowing of entire grounds.
* Clean all exterior entrances of leaves and debris.
* Sweep exterior areas to remove cigarette butts, garbage, etc.
* Perform landscaping tasks as directed.
* Keep the pond clean of debris.
* Provide assistance with valet parking of residents’ automobiles.
* Keep the golf green and sand trap neat and in order.

* Grounds assistant qualifications:
** Must have a valid driver’s license.
* Experience as a groundskeeper is preferred.
