RADISE International, LC (RADISE) is looking for an entry‑level Lab Technician Trainee for Soil and Construction Material Testing Lab. This role is for someone who wants a career in construction services. It is a short‑term position to learn and get certified to be a CMT Lab Technician. Candidates must study and pass the qualifications at the 3‑month mark. Ideal candidates will continue in this career path to obtain additional CMT Lab experience and qualifications over their career with RADISE, Int’l.

• Obtain samples, complete testing, record results, enter them into the computer, submit reports and talk with other internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the work.
• Obtain samples/specimens of concrete, soils, aggregates, asphalt from work sites.
• Perform laboratory tests on the samples collected following work and testing procedures.
• Communicate/report lab test results to all. Enter test results data into computer.
• Maintain lab testing equipment: cleaning, repairs, calibration, set up.
• Be familiar with ASTM, FDOT and AASHTO testing standards.
• Participate in lab accreditation & audits.
• Adhere to strict safety standards.

• High school diploma / GED or 2 years material testing (field or lab).
• Valid Driver's License with a safe driving record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to lift samples, at times up to 75+ pounds.
• Pass drug and background screening tests.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
