- Generate technical protocols, development reports, batch records, and GMP‑compliant documentation
- Collaborate with commercial teams to support costing, feasibility assessments, and project scoping
- Act as the primary on‑floor technical expert to resolve production issues (e.g., texture variations, sticking, bloom, aeration, yield loss, potency instability)
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and support QA with CAPA and root‑cause activities
- Provide hands‑on troubleshooting during cooking, depositing, conditioning, de‑molding, and packaging
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce waste
- Support operations involving kettles, cookers, depositors, moguls, and starchless molding systems
- Assist with commissioning, optimization, validation, and process qualification
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, HACCP, and all relevant regulatory requirements
- Provide technical mentorship and direction to scientists, technologists, and technicians
- Communicate project status, risks, and technical assessments to internal stakeholders
- Participate in and/or lead cross‑functional teams focused on new product launches, process improvements, and complex technical challenges
